Sharing Renaissance Music with the Next Generation in Melrose

We can’t forget the wonderful time we had at Melrose Music Festival. The day began with a lively workshop with pupils from Melrose Primary, Tweedbank Primary and St Mary’s, filling the room with laughter, song and the joy of discovering Renaissance music. Seeing the children embrace Renaissance music – and even hearing them still singing at the bus stop afterwards – was a moving reminder of how music truly inspires and connects across generations. That same spirit carried into the evening, when we performed Scottish Renaissance Rediscovered in the beautiful Melrose Parish Church. An unforgettable experience made even more special by the warmth of the audience.

Our heartfelt thanks to Melrose Music Festival for their generous invitation, to the wonderful schools, and to all who joined us for the concert.
